Store your print flat until ready to hang. Leaning your print for long periods of time can cause it to bow or warp. When ready to hang, place the sawtooth hanger on a securely inserted nail/screw. A wall anchor is recommended to keep your print securely hung. (nail/screw/anchor not included)

To clean, use a soft nonabrasive cloth with water only, cleaning products are not recommended. The use of any cleaning products that contain alcohol or ammonia will damage your print.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Any item that is currently listed as out of stock can be special ordered, you will just have to add approximately 3-4 weeks from the time of order to receive your print.
